Section 60.4 - Sale of Outdated Equipment(a) The department shall sell or dispose of outdated equipment identified for sale or disposition pursuant to this subchapter in accordance with applicable law.(b) The provisions of this subchapter do not prevent the department from disposing of any property as otherwise may be provided for by law.31 Tex.
