Section 59.136 - Penalties

Penalties for violations of §§ 59.132-59.134 of this title (relating to General Rules, Closing Hours and Overnight Use, and Rules of Conduct) are Class C Misdemeanors, Parks and Wildlife Code, Chapter 13.112.
