Section 59.44 - Development Guidelines(a) Development of facilities within state park system units will be limited to structures and associated infrastructure that advance department purposes or serve visitor needs.(b) Facility development shall be consistent with applicable Master Plans, Preservation Plans and other guidance documents relating to the property.31 Tex.
