Section 58.208 - Limit on Number of Licenses Held; Designated License Holder(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, no person may hold or directly control more than three commercial crab fisherman's licenses.(b) A commercial crab fisherman's license may only be issued to an individual.
