(a) The department may renew a current offshore aquaculture permit, provided: (1) the applicant has complied with all requirements of this subchapter and permit provisions during the one-year period immediately preceding renewal;(2) the facility is in compliance with all operational and facility standards as reflected in the current permit (including amendments);(3) the applicant has completed and submitted an application for permit renewal; and(4) the applicant has paid the fee prescribed by § 53.15 of this title (relating to Miscellaneous Fisheries and Wildlife Licenses and Permits).(b) The department will not renew an expired permit.31 Tex.
