Section 655.90 - Consideration by Council

The award of a loan, grant, or other disbursement of funds shall be considered by the council at an open meeting. Prior to the commencement of the meeting, any council member may review the entire application, including all supporting documentation, the written recommendation of the executive committee, and written comments.
