Section 655.30 - Record of Meetings

The clerk shall keep a complete record of the meeting of the council and shall prepare minutes reflecting action taken by the council members present. The minutes shall state the subject matter of each deliberation and shall indicate each vote, order, decision, or other action taken by the council. A copy of the minutes shall be distributed to all council members.
