Section 529.62 - Structural Repair Grants Used as Match for Federal Projects(a) Grant funds included in a contract between the State Board and a sponsor for a structural repair activity may be used as match funding for a federal watershed rehabilitation project.(b) The State Board may contract with a sponsor for the express purpose of providing all or a portion of the monetary non-federal match requirement for a federal NRCS watershed rehabilitation project or a repair project funded through the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection Program. The scope of work for the overall federal project approved by the NRCS may serve as the scope of work associated with the contract between the State Board and a sponsor.31 Tex. Admin. Code § 529.62
