Section 529.57 - Contracts Between the State Board and Sponsors

Structural repair grant funds may be obligated through contractual agreement to any entity listed as a sponsor on a watershed agreement, or to the NRCS. The State Board may execute contracts with multiple sponsors to complete the project as necessary.
