Section 521.2 - DefinitionsThe following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) District--A soil and water conservation district created under the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201.(2) Executive director--The executive director of the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board.(3) State board--The Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board created under the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201.(4) Technical assistance--Technical and professional services and activities deemed necessary by the state board for the development and implementation of soil and water conservation plans and soil and water conservation land improvement measures.31 Tex.
