Section 517.29 - Approval of Landowner ApplicationThe State Board may approve an application for cost-sharing if, after considering the factors listed in § 517.28 of this subchapter, and any other relevant factors, the State Board finds:
(1) the owner of the land fully agrees to cooperate in the cost-sharing contract; and(2) the method of control is a method approved by the State Board under § 517.31 of this subchapter.31 Tex. Admin. Code § 517.29
