Section 371.74 - Remaining Unused Funds(a) Remaining unused funds are those funds unspent after the original approved project is completed. Remaining unused funds may be spent for enhancements to the original project upon written approval by the executive administrator, including green components. (b) If there are no enhancements authorized, the Applicant must submit a final accounting and disposition of any unused funds as specified in § 371.86 of this title (relating to Final Accounting).31 Tex.
