The county may, at its option, require additional information necessary to determine the adequacy of proposed water and wastewater improvements as part of the plat approval process. Such information may include, but not be limited to:
(1) layout of proposed street and drainage work;(2) legal description of the property;(3) existing area features;(6) description of existing easements;(7) layout of other utilities;(8) notation of deed restrictions;(10) proposed area features.31 Tex. Admin. Code § 364.53
