Section 363.902 - Definitions of TermsThe following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Fund--The rural community water and wastewater loan fund.(2) Rural community--A municipality or county with a population of less than 5,000 or a district or authority created under the Texas Constitution, §52, Article III or §59, Article XVI, with a population of less than 5,000 that is located outside the boundaries or extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality.31 Tex.
