Section 363.601 - Scope of Subchapter

The sections of this subchapter shall pertain to applications for financing storage acquisition projects authorized by the Texas Water Code, Chapter 15, Subchapter E. Unless in conflict with the provisions of this subchapter, the provisions of Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to General Provisions) shall apply to storage acquisition projects.
