Section 361.41 - Contributions to and Impacts on Water Supply Development and the State Water Plan(a) Regional flood plans shall include a region-wide summary and description of the contribution that the regional flood plan would have to water supply development including a list of the specific flood management strategies and/or flood mitigation projects that would contribute to water supply; and(b) a description of any anticipated impacts, including to water supply or water availability or projects in the State Water Plan, that the regional flood plan FMSs and FMPs may have.31 Tex.
