Section 357.63 - Failure of a Regional Water Plan to Meet Regional Water Planning Requirements(a) In the event the Board finds that the RWP does not meet the requirements of the Texas Water Code § 16.053, this chapter, and Chapter 358 of this title (relating to State Water Planning Guidelines), the Board shall direct the RWPG to make changes necessary for compliance with legal requirements.(b) In the event the Board directs the RWPG to make changes to its RWP, the RWPG may request a reasonable amount of time, within any statutory deadlines, to complete the required changes.31 Tex.
