Section 356.41 - Petition(a) The agency will perform an administrative review of the desired future condition adopted by the district under Texas Water Code § 36.108(d-4) to determine if the desired future condition meets the criteria in Texas Water Code § 36.108(d) when a petition received by a district is submitted to the executive administrator in accordance with Texas Water Code § 36.1083(e).(b) The agency will complete and deliver to the Office a scientific and technical analysis of the desired future condition considering the criteria listed in Texas Water Code § 36.1083(e)(2) within 120 days after receiving a copy of the petition from the district. The scientific and technical analysis of the desired future condition will be conducted according to the guidance published on the agency website.31 Tex. Admin. Code § 356.41
