Section 353.92 - Use of Personnel, Equipment, or Property

The executive administrator may authorize reasonable use of board personnel, equipment, or property by a support organization, provided such usage is commensurate with the benefits received or to be received by the board in furtherance of its purposes, duties, and programs.
