Section 25.15 - Payment Procedures(a) Payments to participants will be made on a reimbursable basis, and the amount of payment will be computed by the agency. Participants who qualify for no greater than two-thirds reimbursement under Natural Resources Code, §§ 61.068 - 61.070, will be reimbursed semiannually.(b) Participants who qualify for 40% reimbursement under Natural Resources Code, § 61.080 and § 61.081, will be reimbursed semiannually.31 Tex.
