(a) The Board shall provide notice of each hearing in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, §551.045. (b) At least 14 calendar days prior to a Board hearing, the Board shall provide written notice to all political subdivisions in which the property in question is located and to the appropriate central appraisal district.31 Tex.
