Section 2.44 - Political Subdivision Authority

The division shall submit an initial development plan or a proposed substantial amendment to the political subdivision. The political subdivision shall review and comment on the initial development plan or proposed substantial amendment in accordance with Texas Natural Resources Code, § 31.162, and this subchapter.
