Section 2.33 - Hearings

The following shall apply to any hearing before the School Land Board, board for lease or Special Board of Review:

(1) hearings shall comply with the Texas Opens Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.

(2) Hearings shall be recorded in a manner at the discretion of the chairman. The board will determine the fees for the hearing transcript.
