Section 17.20 - Time and Place of Hearings(a) A hearing shall be held, unless otherwise provided by the hearing examiner, within 30 days of receipt of the request for hearing.(b) All administrative proceedings shall be conducted in Austin, unless for good cause the examiner designates another place for the hearing.31 Tex.
