Section 14.4 - Use of Personnel, Equipment, or Property

The commissioner or his designee may authorize reasonable use of agency personnel, equipment, or property by a private organization in order to further or support the purposes or programs of the agency, provided such usage is commensurate with the benefit received or to be received by the agency or its programs.
