Section 13.20 - Reduction or Waiver of Fees; Non-Cash Consideration

The commissioner of the General Land Office may reduce or waive any fee set forth in this chapter, or accept non-cash consideration in lieu of all or part of such fee, or both, if such action would be in the public interest as determined by the commissioner.
