Section 352.301 - Closure and Post-Closure Care Application Submission(a) In the application, the owner or operator shall submit documentation demonstrating compliance with Subchapter J of this chapter (relating to Closure and Post-Closure Care).(b) The owner or operator must also submit the post-closure care cost estimate required by § 352.1101(b) of this title (relating to Financial Assurance Required).30 Tex.
