Section 352.241 - Geology(a) A summary of the geologic conditions at the facility, including the relation of the geologic condition to each coal combustion residuals unit, must be prepared and signed in accordance with § 352.4 of this title (relating to Engineering and Geoscientific Information) and included in the application. The summary must include sufficient information and data; all groundwater monitoring data required by 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 257, Subpart D, as amended through the April 17, 2015, issue of the Federal Register (80 FR 21301); and information required by §§ 352.601, 352.621, 352.631, and 352.641 of this title (relating to Placement Above the Uppermost Aquifer; Fault Areas; Seismic Impact Zones; and Unstable Areas).(b) Previously prepared documents may be submitted, but must be supplemented or updated as necessary to provide the requested information.(c) Sources and references for information must be provided.30 Tex.
