Section 352.141 - Issuance and Transfer(a) The executive director may issue a registration to a specific person, and a registration may not be transferred from one person to another without complying with § 305.64 of this title (relating to Transfer of Permits).(b) A registration is attached to the real property to which it pertains and may not be transferred from one facility to another.30 Tex.
