Section 336.1109 - General Requirements for the Issuance of Specific LicensesA license application may be approved if the agency determines that the applicant has met the requirements of § 336.207 of this title (relating to General Requirements for Issuance of a License) and the following:
(1) qualifications of the designated radiation safety officer as stated in § 336.208 of this title (relating to Radiation Safety Officer); and(2) the applicant satisfies all applicable special requirements in this subchapter.30 Tex. Admin. Code § 336.1109
