Section 334.486 - Denial of Application for Registration or RenewalThe agency may deny an application for registration or an application for renewal of registration of a facility under this subchapter for the following reasons:
(1) if the applicant fails to meet any of the requirements set forth in § 334.484 of this title (relating to Registration Required for Petroleum-Substance Waste Storage or Treatment Facilities);(2) if the applicant fails to comply with any rule or order of the commission;(3) if the applicant submits false information on or omits material information from the application or any other documentation required to be maintained or submitted under this chapter; or under Chapter 37, Subchapter K, of this title (relating to Financial Assurance Requirements for Class A or B Petroleum-Substance Contaminated Soil Storage, Treatment, and Reuse Facilities); or(4) for any good cause which in the opinion of the executive director constitutes grounds for denial of the application for registration.30 Tex.
