Section 330.611 - Required ReportingsThe operator shall submit all of the following.
(1) Annual report. The operator shall submit annual written reports. These reports shall at a minimum include input and output quantities, a description of the soil end-product distribution, and all results of any required laboratory testing. A copy of the annual report shall be kept on-site for a period of five years.(2) Final soil product testing report. Facilities requiring registration must submit reports on final product testing to the executive director in compliance with § 330.613 of this title (relating to Sampling and Analysis Requirements for Final Soil Product) on a quarterly basis.30 Tex.
