Section 113.2350 - What must I do if I close my air curtain incinerator that burns only wood waste, clean lumber, and yard waste and then restart it?(a) If you close your incinerator but will reopen it prior to the final compliance date in your state plan, you must meet the final compliance date specified in Table 1 in § 113.2357 of this title (relating to Tables Relating to Division 5).(b) If you close your incinerator but will restart it after your final compliance date, you must meet the emission limitations on the date your incinerator restarts operation.30 Tex.
