The applicant is obligated to submit any information requested by the commissioner for the purpose of determining whether the application meets all requirements for admission (see § 7.507(e) of this title (relating to Forms Incorporated by Reference)). The applicant must satisfy the commissioner that all requirements of the retaliatory provisions of the Insurance Code, Article 21.46, are met.
