Section 5.6501 - Special Instructions for Preparation of Workers' Compensation Insurance Policies for Lloyds Plan Insurers, Mutual Insurers, Reciprocal Exchanges, and Participating Policies Issued by Stock Insurance Companies

The State Board of Insurance adopts by reference special instructions for preparation of workers' compensation insurance policies for Lloyds plan insurers, mutual insurers, reciprocal exchanges, and participating policies issued by stock insurance companies. This material may be inspected or obtained by contacting the State Board of Insurance, 1110 San Jacinto Street, Austin, Texas 78786.
