Section 3.3016 - Policy Definition of Mental or Nervous Disorders

A definition of "mental or nervous disorder" as used in a policy may not be more restrictive than a neurosis, psychoneurosis, psychopathy, psychosis, or mental or emotional disease or disorder of any kind.
