Section 19.1908 - Notice to DepartmentEach specialty license holder must notify the department within 30 days of the occurrence of the following:
(1) a change of the specialty license holder's mailing address;(2) an administrative action taken against the specialty license holder by the insurance regulator of another state;(3) a felony conviction of the specialty license holder or any individual who exercises control of the specialty license holder; or(4) the addition or removal of an officer, director, partner, member, manager, or any other person in control of the specialty license holder.28 Tex.
