Section 13.417 - Withdrawal of an Application(a) On written notice to the department, an applicant may request withdrawal of an application from consideration by the department.(b) The department may in its discretion withdraw an application on behalf of the applicant if the department determines that the applicant has failed to respond in a timely manner to requests made by the department for additional information or if the application is incomplete.28 Tex.
