Section 11.2102 - General Provisions(a) Each CHMO must comply with all requirements for a limited health care service plan specified in this subchapter.(b) Each CHMO must provide coverage for work in progress and must clearly specify that the enrollee must agree to have the work completed by a participating physician or provider in the HMO delivery network, as defined under Insurance Code § 843.002(15) (concerning Definitions), or as otherwise arranged by the limited service HMO.28 Tex.
