Section 1.3102 - Eligibility Requirements(a) The education or training must be related to the employee's current position or prospective job duties.(b) In order for an employee to be eligible for tuition reimbursement or education leave, an employee may be required to meet certain conditions, including, but not limited to, an employment period, performance ratings, and disciplinary actions.28 Tex.
