Section 1.201 - Staff Proposals or Petitions for Rule Making

All department staff proposals and petitions for rule making shall be considered and processed in accordance with departmental procedures established and revised as necessary by the commissioner. The commissioner may approve the publication of a staff proposal or petition for rule making without a hearing.
