Section 749.3751 - What issues should an interview for a post-placement adoptive report address?

Each interview should focus on the adjustment of the family and the child following the placement of the child. You must also address any items required by § 749.3623 of Title 40 (relating to What information must I obtain for the adoptive home screening?) that changed since the adoptive home screening was approved.
