Section 749.3629 - What are the requirements for visiting the home during an adoptive home screening?(a) Unless the child is already placed in the home for foster care, you must visit the home when all members of the household are present.(b) You must document in the record the date, persons present, their relationship to the prospective adoptive family, and observations made during the visit.26 Tex.
