Section 749.3391 - What information must I compile for a child I am considering for adoptive placement?(a) As part of the Health, Social, Educational, and Genetic History report, you must compile the following information for a child you are considering for adoption placement: Attached Graphic

(c) This section does not apply to an adoption by the child's:(2) Aunt or uncle by birth, marriage, or prior adoption; or26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.3391
