Section 749.3147 - What are the requirements for a hot tub?A hot tub must be:
(1) Enclosed per the requirements in § 749.3133 of Title 40 (relating to What are the requirements for a pool at a foster home?); or(2) Covered with a locking cover when not in use.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.3147
