Section 749.3109 - What are the special requirements for transporting a child who requires increased supervision or is non-ambulatory or non-mobile?(a) A sufficient number of caregivers to meet the child's needs must accompany the child.(b) Special provision(s) must be made for transporting non-ambulatory and non-mobile children.
