Section 749.945 - For a caregiver who administers psychotropic medication, what annual training is required?If you permit a caregiver to administer psychotropic medication:
(1) The caregiver's annual training must meet the psychotropic medication training requirements in § 749.885 of Title 40 (relating to Are there additional general pre-service training requirements for a caregiver that administers psychotropic medication?); and(2) The caregiver must obtain annual psychotropic medication training no later than 12 months after the caregiver's last psychotropic medication training.26 Tex.
