Section 749.555 - How long must I maintain personnel records?(a) You must maintain annual training records for current personnel for the last full training year and current training year.(b) With the exception of subsection (a) of this section, you must keep personnel records for a year after an employee's last day on the job, or until any investigation involving the employee is resolved, whichever is longer.26 Tex.
