Section 748.4505 - In addition to the rules in this subchapter, what other rules in this chapter apply to an operation?

An operation that is required to comply with this subchapter must comply with all other rules in this chapter that apply to all operations, as well as the rules that apply to an operation that provides treatment services to children with an emotional disorder, unless any such rule is replaced by a rule in this subchapter, as noted in § 748.4507 of Title 40 (relating to What rules in this subchapter replace other rules in this chapter?).
