Section 748.3803 - What are the requirements for watercraft activities?(a) A non-swimmer must wear a life vest.(b) At least two adults able to swim and carry out a water rescue must be at the shoreline and/or on the water to respond to emergencies any time children are on the water during watercraft activities.26 Tex.
